Our Governance Structure
BLM Grassroots SCV is led by a Board of Directors and Executive Director, structured per our Bylaws:
For the safety of our leadership and volunteers, we do not publish personal or identifying information about individual board members. We're happy to answer specific governance questions directly, reach out anytime.
Governance Policies
We operate under a formal set of Bylaws and a Conflict of Interest Policy that requires board disclosure and recusal on any related-party transaction, and prohibits any board member from voting on their own compensation or contracts.
